General Policies

• Check-in/Check-out time 10am (Early check-in subject to room availability)
• Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation
• For confirming the booking, 25% of the total room charge for the booked period has to be deposited in advance in our bank account
• Meal Plan will start from first day breakfast due to early check-in/check-out time. (Last day breakfast will be an extra service and chargeable)
• Service voucher must be dispatched by or before the arrival of the guest
• All rates are subject to change without notice
• 10% Service Charge extra

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 15days of arrival: 01 day room rent will be charged
• Cancellation within 07 days of arrival: 03 days room rent for all booked rooms shall be charged
• Cancellation before 03 days of arrival: Full advance amount shall be retained
